At Via Amata Designs, every piece is hand-finished with intention. I want you to feel a connection to the items you choose, but I understand that sometimes a piece isn't the right fit.
Returns

Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn and in its original packaging.

Exclusions: Due to their custom nature, Commissioned pieces and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
The Process
To start a return, please contact us at viaamatadesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Since we work with hard metals and hand-finished patinas, natural variations are part of the art, but structural defects are always covered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
